To ensure the secure delivery of your order, ART OF THE SOUL does not ship orders to post office boxes. All jewelry and fine art shipments are insured and require a signature upon delivery.

Tracking numbers will be sent via e-mail when the orders have been shipped. Orders of multiple product lines will be delivered by their specific shipping carrier.
ART OF THE SOUL will ship merchandise to United States addresses (excluding Puerto Rico & all US Territories). We cannot ship international orders at this time.
Return Policy
We hope you enjoy your ART OF THE SOUL purchase. All fine art and jewelry orders are custom ordered and are final. Products delivered damaged must be returned to ART OF THE SOUL within 10 days of receiving the order. You will get a free shipping label sent to your email address. Our free shipping label provides insurance coverage for your item.
ART OF THE SOUL will inspect your shipment before we can process an exchange. If everything looks good, we will ship your replacement within 3-4 weeks of receiving the return.
How to Ship Your Return Item:
- Package your item securely, in the original packaging if possible.
- Your packing slip and all original documents must accompany your return. Let us know your reason for exchange on the packing slip.
